  • 20 of the Bay Area’s top mixologists came out to Treasure Island for ORO’s very first Pisco Academy. Yerba Mate Punch was served as guests settled in to learn a brief history of pisco, along with a video of the pisco making process. Next, the bartenders were guided through a tasting of the ORO puros and then encouraged to experiment with their own ORO cocktails in the Bridge Room mixology lab.

The Flaming Pisco Bar provided Chilcanos and Guenasos for the party, while ORO representatives educated the crowd about the unique Peruvian spirit with a local legacy.
